Strength

A: Front Squat (EMOM 20 1x 95%-101%)

Once you can’t keep up, finish the EMOM using the same weight and now perform 1x Back Squat every minute until the clock stops

Three minute rest

B: Push Press (EMOM10 2X @ 80% )

Perform 2 Reps Side note: (work on rebounding the bar back up) Try not to “Jerk”
